Pitch win Merwede Utrecht!
It is with great enthusiasm that we are going to work with Merwede Utrecht on behalf of Merwede Vijf (a collaboration with Blink, 3T Vastgoed and Lingotto).
Merwede will be an innovative, green city district where sustainable living and social connection are central. The district will soon offer a home to more than 10,000 residents in a car-free green environment – an inspiring example of future-proof urban development.
Merwede Vijf is developing 3 building blocks; block 13, 14 & 18. Block 13 will be the first to be realized and consists of approximately 306 homes and an attractive plinth program. www.cix-merwede.nl/en
