Riva Residences. Room for ambition.

Riva is elegant, playful and vibrant. A building that stands out through its architecture and its gentle, alluring lines. Designed by moederscheimmoonen-architects. Now that the legal obstacles have been removed, the realisation can start: a residential tower of more than 65 metres high with 56 homes, office space and commercial plinth on the Scheepmakershaven and the Bierstraat. It is with great enthusiasm that we will soon start – in collaboration with Stebru – with the follow-up process of Riva in Rotterdam.
