Bouwinvest manages real estate portfolios for institutional investors. DLVS was asked to help the team of Bouwinvest to spark interest under future subletters. This specific project included apartment rentals suitable for different people, occasions, and ways of (co-)living. The extensive target group analysis of Bouwinvest helped define the concept and campaign by DLVS.
DLVS developed the typography and style of photography – the art direction – that would be fitting for the diverse array of rental projects on offer. The look and feel came out warm and inviting while also being clearly recognizable to anyone potentially interested. Bouwinvest decided to use this clearly established positioning by the team of DLVS for the long-term.
