Named best building of 2022, Little C near Rotterdam’s city center is an urban neighborhood surrounded by infrastructure and mixed-use possibilities for people living here as well as entrepreneurs and artists. Oozing an atmosphere that fits with the iconic brick buildings dominating this part of the city. Every element has been carefully considered and looked after: from steel walkways to large windows for an unpolished yet contemporary vibe. On the Westside lies Coolhaven (hence the C in the name), an old harbor and important route for inland waterway transport.

DLVS was commissioned early on to help finetune and finalize the concept and communication strategy for Little C. In close collaboration with the team, several marketing tools were developed to attract buyers and future tenants for the homes and office spaces.
