New Babylon is an impressive multi-use building in the center in the metropolis of The Hague where one can live, shop, eat, relax, be entertained and exercise. Not just that, it’s also a city within a city, an epicenter for anyone who values quality of life in an exclusive, safe and comfortable environment. Two exclusive high-rise towers, New Babylon Park and New Babylon City Tower, offer apartments for sale and rent including a private service manager. The name New Babylon also refers to the visionary and eponymous art project that was designed by artist Constant between 1959 and 1974.
The start of something new
This is one very special project for DLVS since it’s the first real estate project the agency took on. Based on the overall concept by …Staat, DLVS delivered ideas for art direction, campaign photography and film, brochure, several events as well as the communication strategy. For the latter the team behind DLVS decided to collaborate with valued local parties like a storied theater, a high-end jewelry house and luxury clothing store.
