The minds behind this game-changing project, Smakkelaarspark, look towards the future: we’re all in need of more tranquility and nature all around. Or in short: a higher quality of life to balance out the increasingly busier day-to-day. What does it mean to live in a healthy way? To build healthy buildings and homes? That’s being explored in the Smakkelaarspark project backed by creativity and scientific research.
DLVS worked very closely together with the client and broker involved in Smakkelaarspark. Starting out with the introduction the development of this real estate project and what this would mean for the city of Utrecht (including the park where it’s all located). Now looking at and zoning in on the apartments for sale.
