The former Unilever Vlaardingen laboratory building, with an area of 30,000 m², is being transformed into a mix of living, working, and leisure. Dynamic, with an industrial yet open character near greenery and along the banks of the Maas. Unique living with four-meter-high ceilings, expansive glass fronts, and panoramic views.
For developer Leyten, we are privileged to work on the positioning, branding, and marketing of the first residential building within District U. The architect is Atelier Kempe Thill. The sales are expected to start in the fall of 2024.
