The Modernist

Sales for the 88 owner-occupied apartments in The Modernist, Rotterdam, are expected to launch in spring 2026.

Developed by Maarsen Groep, the apartments occupy the 27th to 37th floors of this mixed-use landmark opposite Rotterdam Centraal Station, designed by MVRDV and currently under construction.

DLVS Creative Collective is responsible for the marketing and sales communication. The brand identity, developed earlier by us, forms the foundation for all communication.
