Acclaimed architect Rem Koolhaas, and his international architecture studio OMA, is fabled for his interpretation of visionary living. One such example, that DLVS got to participate in, is 44 Floors in the metropole of Rotterdam. Part of De Rotterdam, the largest building complex in The Netherlands comprising 160.000 m2, 44 Floors is located in the residential West Tower. The multi-functional building of De Rotterdam is envisioned as a ‘vertical city’ with offices, restaurants, hotel and much more.
For the 240 luxury apartments DLVS was responsible for coming up with the name, the concept, positioning and marketing strategy for potential buyers.
